I use the local vocational school. They don’t usually get to see something with an outside the norm alignment and they let me make adjustments myself while they all help out and learn something new. It’s a win/win!

It’s just a 1.25” solid square bar, with holes to put a hitch pin through. The back plate is welded to the bar and has bolts welded in to add additional plates. Each plate is 1” plate steel cut out on a plasma table.
