My dealer wouldn't even discuss XPlan until the car arrived. They said that would take it once I took delivery. My name isn't on my window sticker either. But "special order" is listed on there.

Cotus is a joke. I just got a call from my dealer saying that my Mustang is in NOW?!?! WTF?!?! Cotus shows its not being delivered until next month and isn't even in production yet!! Good for me I guess.

The only way I can lookup mine now is via VIN #. Doing it the other way brings up an order from last summer that isn't anywhere near close to my car!!

Dude I placed my order in December....didn't show up in Cotus till Mid January and I didn't get a VIN until 19 Feb....be patient my friend!

I'll be paying $200 per month, but this includes Full Coverage on 3 vehicles (2 cars, 1 truck). And liability on my camper. This is for my wife and I. All through USAA. And this is in Alaska which is freakin ridiculous for insurance here.

My order has been in COTUS since 1/10/2015, and I don't have a VIN yet. I am getting impatient.

I can't even get even get a VIN#. I am a Priority 10 and my cardholder up in Cotus Jan 10. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard/seen anything. My dealership is clueless and even Ford Service here on this forum only tells me what COTUS is showing.....I hope to have by MidApril.

I think so. I placed my order on 18 Dec. It showed up in COTUS 10 Jan. Nothing since! No VIN, nothing. I'm a priority 10 too. Doesn't make much since since I see people getting a VIN just a few days after ordering.

Rachel is who told me I was a Priority 10. I have sent a few other messages this week but I haven't received any responses.

Is your VIN in COTUS? I only have an order date (1/10/2015). No other information has been made available to me in COTUS. I was told by Rachel (Ford Service Rep) that I am a Priority Code 10....but nothing else.

You Guys are getting more than I am. I ordered at dealership on 18 December. Didn't see anything in COTUS until 10 January. I don't have anymore information other than that. No VIN#, Build Date, etc.... My dealership is full of clowns that don't even know what COTUS is. I learn more from...

I haven't had an update since it first showed up in Cotus on 1/10/2015. Still says "In Order Processing" No other date or VIN # showing yet. I am also a Priority 10 so who knows with this COTUS system....what gives?
