Yes, but this question was asked specifically when I ordered the car. Had I been told "at dealer discretion" I would not have ordered the car from them. They said that they take XPLAN and I just had to show how I qualify and provide my PIN #.

I have a credit card receipt and a book keeping receipt that say "For Ford Mustang Order" The order sheet that gave me is the MSRP price from the order printout.

When I inquired about the purchase agreement for XPLAN when I ordered the car, they said that "we do that when the car actually comes in".

FINALLY!! The beast has arrived at the dealership! Going to check it out tomorrow and probably pick up on Friday!!

I haven't received mine and it got pushed back AGAIN another couple of days.
