Any "lowboy" trailer will work. Especially if you are at stock ride height. I have an Aluma, and when my car was stock, it went on and off just fine with the ramps. Now that it is lowered with a massive splitter, I need a few 2x12's.
I think mine is ~18', and has enough room in front for a tire...
I realize you are already past this stage, but the 350 hood/fenders/bumper/headlights is a significant modification, you made the right choice for sure. And you have to do all the bits, plus then you have a front end that is two inches wider, and would look odd with stock wheels.
Very cool...
I think you should do some more pulls. Just to really make sure the light turns on. Like could you get the light to change from bright orange to angry red?
Just kidding. All advice has been offered. Here just to stir the pot.
That's true too. I always reference the 350 placement, because the stock center vent is always the start of the RL/TS louver. On the GT I think it might be a bit further back.
Again, awesome work, and definitely post some pics with the gurney. Maybe I missed it, are you printing them or SCS?
It's hard to tell, but it almost looks like the center vent is a bit far back, that further forward is where the lowest pressure above the hood is (On the Mustang, no opinion on the C5). AJ and Race Louvers posted some good data on the low and high pressure area's above the hood. But I think the...

Just for context. They have a distinct Charger Hellcat front end. I don't hate it. Certainly like it more than anything Hennessey or Shelby has put together thus far.
Hilarious article. We had the wrong plugs, and it led to a melted cat. Also, how did they not see water temps rising? Temps are the #1 item most guys watch apart from the track/traffic/flaggers.
The SC isn't the issue. Ineptitude is the issue. That said, it's pretty well known aftermarket SC...
Only thing I will say. The Blackstone analysis is all but useless. Use anyone else. As far as oil is concerned. Use what your engine likes. Turns out mine really liked Castrol, and loved eating Motorcraft. The shear values were terrible on the motorcraft in my car, and it would start consuming...
You don't. It's a poor design. Personally I would go with any other product on the market (I had the J&Ls). Poor design, small capacity, and they hang off the plastic PCV. It just feels like a recipe for a stress failure.
Any gray tech pack car, or a 350 without stripes.
But seriously, none of them are. And my only shade on gray/no stripes and tech pack is grey and no stripes is boring, and tech pack adds weight. So basically personal preference.
Read your warranty. I had one that said all of what Skye points out, BUT had one sentence tucked into it a paragraph or two later that stated it would not replace engine parts if the failure was due to a lack of oiling. So basically the warrant
The slight scoring on the cylinder wall isn't...
Sheepdog is correct. And the R&D in the 6.7 Diesel is insane, and it's not getting scrapped, especially when dealers make money on warranty claims. End users will see no benefit. And it's been shown people are willing to pay 80-90k for a diesel. And they love arguing it gets better gas mileage...
Thanks for this write up. I discovered a pinhole leak on the bottom side of trans port on the master cylinder itself. I've never seen a failure like that. Anyways, part ordered, slightly different hose than you have in your photos, and it doesn't want to come off. Before I just cut it, I need to...
Common issue. The fix is to get a nut from a hardware store, thread that all the way on, then off, a few times, to clean up the threads on the car. *I think* the nut you need to buy is an M10x1.0, but search around and confirm.
It's a super common problem anyone who has replaced the line has...
I can tell you they are still at 124k for low mileage (I am talking sub 500 miles) CFTP. Granted that specific car had THE BEST PPF I've ever seen installed on a car. I mean to a level I didn't know existed. Lined up perfectly with the ends of the cut edge of the sheet metal skin, so you would...
Aluminum suspension bits, potentially aluminum subframes, new CF wheels, aero design, brake by wire, bigger brakes/tune, and R&D on the ~400 lbs they've added to the car based on the DH production numbers. But yeah, no, R&D basically done with the S550...
And that's just what they have...
I've never used their street pads. If you are chasing dust reduction, Z26 is your answer. If you are looking to stop faster, G-Locs are a decent spot to start. Hopefully others will chime in with their own experiences. I know there are tons of street pads out there that work.
