  1. did anyone ever get the fuel pump TSB replacement?

From reading the TSB it sounds like it’s not the pump itself, but the bucket replenishment system venturi. If you have the problem, filling the tank all the way up should get you going enough to limp home because it will overflow into the bucket from the top.
  2. Injector Flow Calculation [Advanced-ish Tech]

I'm pretty sure all injector suppliers give you all the data for your ECM. Some data is more accurate than others. Fuel Injector Connection, for instance, has better data than most. The intent of this thread was to explain how the ECM uses the data to calculate the pulsewidth. Ford does it...
  3. Injector Flow Calculation [Advanced-ish Tech]

I've run across a couple of cases where either a) we wanted to know if brand X 95lb injector really flowed the same as brand Y 95lb injector, or b) why I have 2 differing sets of injector data for one set of injectors. You can compare the Ford injector data but no one number can be used to...
  4. What modification do you regret?

That’s funny because I started with Magnaflow and hated it. After 5 iterations I love it and Magnaflow is long gone.
  5. BL Fabrications 88/96 turbo install on 2019 Bullitt

Metal 3d printing has gotten shockingly cheap over the last few years.
  6. What modification do you regret?

With what I’ve learned I probably wouldn’t do the xdi gdi pump if I could do it over.
  7. Flex Fuel with Boost

It’s interesting because s650 did two basic things in the tuning: 1) started using calibration features that were previously available but unused and 2) added new features. 1) Some features that were available on gen3 but unused. Just off hand I’ve learned that s650 uses a CSER idle speed...
  8. Flex Fuel with Boost

It’s been possible on gen3 for 8 years now. Development has moved on to s650. If the tuners that be don’t offer it now they probably never will.
  9. Anyone tried S650 exhaust manifolds and cats on an s550?

S650 driver’s side uses the voodoo/predator bolt pattern.
  10. Popping coming from exhaust while idling

Sounds like a loose baffle in the muffler or a broken active exhaust valve (if equipped).
  11. 2019 5.0 VVT solenoid leaking

I’d just do the seals. I think the ford procedure is actually to replace all of those seals every time you pull the valve cover.
  12. 2019 5.0 VVT solenoid leaking

If it were me, I’d just replace the drivers side. It’s much easier to do and appears to be leaking the worst. Passengers side requires removal of the battery box, gdi pump, etc. it’s not a terrible job but I wouldn’t do it if not necessary.
  13. Wengerd Returnless fuel system

A few of us are running this setup. No issues so far. https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/fuel-filter-solution-for-kpm-gt500-gt350-sai-li-fuel-modules.218775/
  14. Hilariously simple, yet ridiculously powerful fuel system

    Here ya go: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/fuel-filter-solution-for-kpm-gt500-gt350-sai-li-fuel-modules.218775/
  15. Hilariously simple, yet ridiculously powerful fuel system

I think I included information on a bracket as well.
  16. Hilariously simple, yet ridiculously powerful fuel system

@Habibi5.oh I believe Sheepdog is right. In the instructions it looks like the hat has the stock GT plug and it connects right to the harness with no other wiring. That means they're running both pumps off the single stock FPDM. Not a bad way to control, as opposed to being full-on all the...
  17. Roush TVS 2.3L has slow sluggish start when the car is warmed up

Almost sounds like vapor lock due to bad check valve in the fuel pump. I have a spare gen3 bucket you could try if you want. It’s a pretty quick swap out.
  18. FUEL SYSTEM tech

Wondering if it could be a leaking gdi injector.
