From reading the TSB it sounds like it’s not the pump itself, but the bucket replenishment system venturi. If you have the problem, filling the tank all the way up should get you going enough to limp home because it will overflow into the bucket from the top.
I'm pretty sure all injector suppliers give you all the data for your ECM. Some data is more accurate than others. Fuel Injector Connection, for instance, has better data than most.
The intent of this thread was to explain how the ECM uses the data to calculate the pulsewidth. Ford does it...
I've run across a couple of cases where either a) we wanted to know if brand X 95lb injector really flowed the same as brand Y 95lb injector, or b) why I have 2 differing sets of injector data for one set of injectors. You can compare the Ford injector data but no one number can be used to...
It’s interesting because s650 did two basic things in the tuning: 1) started using calibration features that were previously available but unused and 2) added new features.
1) Some features that were available on gen3 but unused. Just off hand I’ve learned that s650 uses a CSER idle speed...
If it were me, I’d just replace the drivers side. It’s much easier to do and appears to be leaking the worst. Passengers side requires removal of the battery box, gdi pump, etc. it’s not a terrible job but I wouldn’t do it if not necessary.
A few of us are running this setup. No issues so far.

@Habibi5.oh I believe Sheepdog is right. In the instructions it looks like the hat has the stock GT plug and it connects right to the harness with no other wiring. That means they're running both pumps off the single stock FPDM. Not a bad way to control, as opposed to being full-on all the...
Almost sounds like vapor lock due to bad check valve in the fuel pump.
I have a spare gen3 bucket you could try if you want. It’s a pretty quick swap out.
