Had an old 4g63 Mitsubishi motor that literally sat on the side of the house, outside, for a decade. Buddy bought it and tore it down to send parts to machine shop for a rebuild.
All of the main and rod bearings still had oil on them believe it or not and were drenched in oil.
Density and mass has a direct effect on noise absorption.
Put simply, the heavier, denser piece usually absorbs more sound.

Suspension bushings on any car are an absolute nightmare if you don't have the right tools. Nightmare.
Been there done that,... as a younger enthusiast we used to burn the old ones out after fighting them for 2 days straight.
Now we all have a proper press to make the work "easy" and...
Looks like filter pleats from a new engine ridding itself of block casting imperfections.... not necessarily an engine with that kind of mileage.
Hard to say, but if hot oil pressure is still strong, run it.
