Just finished installing a Watson four point roll bar. Love the fit. I installed it without any help. Don't do it this way. I have the cuts and bruises to show why you should have someone to help you.
If all the damage is with the sub frame and suspension then you can do a complete aftermarket setup and end up with a better then new one. Providing your insurance will let you go with a aftermarket sub and suspension.
For my last pair I actually bought a pair of wrestling shoes. Same feel as driving shoes at less then half the price. And you get them at any sport apprarel store.
