You can use the stock fitting for this connection. Just cut off the hard piping connect a piece of hose (the big one from the ess kit worked perfectly) and then get a reducing barb from Amazon. Then run whatever size tubing you want to your bov. Or if you dont want to cut your stock peice...

I made this setup for my 2015. Came out nice and no drilling required.

It just snapped back together. Idk how it came apart since I wasn't actually prying on that specific section. But it did, and parts went flying.

I usually throw my set of golf clubs in there and it covers it up nicely.
