The oil is clean (5000km), and looks/smell fine (0W30) on dipstick.

In my opinion, the 10 speed auto gearbox is not good at all. Wild gearshift, hesitate specific gear chose, drivetrain freeplay, vibration, light freewheel, etc. There are some current TSB / SSM from Ford. But again, perhaps others are happy with it.
