Car has been to the dealer 3 times in the last 6 months.Im kind of tired of them having my car more than I do. Besides that its tuned, so if the engine is crap , the likely hood of them fixing it isnt high.

I am fairly paranoid about engine noises. My general rule of thumb is if the noise goes away when hot, ignore it. Its hard to do that on this car because i honestly dont drive it enough to really know whats normal for it and not.

Honestly , not sure, ive had the car a year and ive put 5k miles on it since the break in. A couple months back they replaced the clutch and didnt do it right so the engine wasnt sitting on the motor mounts correctly, and it sounded off. They just recently got it sitting right again.

I think for the moment I am going to keep driving it. (unless someone says i shouldnt) If it gets worse ill take it to the dealer. Might throw some ceratec in it.,

I leave the car in neutral when im stopped. It shifts mostly fine though ive been hearing a noise when i shift at rpms above 4k. I plan to drop it off soon. The metal on metal sounds is for about 15 seconds when it cold starts and has the higher RPM then it goes away.

considering my shifter shakes now, (didnt before) it makes a metal on metal sound when it starts (didnt before) and they forgot to clear codes from the ECU when i got it back, sounds about right.
