  2. Engine startup 10 second misfire

Bought at <5000 miles from Seattle WA. It was a Canadian version Mustang. I have the Automatic 10 speed. The only thing I’ve added is a spare tire. I had one recall to fix the convertible model door latches.
  3. Engine startup 10 second misfire

I don’t trust Ford dealers to fix a light bulb. I’m now looking for a Mustang shop somewhere in the Denver areašŸ¤“

I bought it used at <5000 miles. It’s a Canadian version brought into Washington State for sale there.
  6. Engine startup 10 second misfire

I have no tools to test it. I’m guessing based on mechanics advice. Quite a few mechanics, but only one knew mine has 16 injectors. 😳. I’m hoping someone can give me great advice and recommend the best and correct parts.
  7. Engine startup 10 second misfire

I’m reading maintenance sights and the writers keep saying injectors wear out, and 100,000 miles is the recommended change-out.
  8. Engine startup 10 second misfire

My 2018 Mustang GT, after sleeping over nite, misfires after startup for 10 seconds, then the problem is gone. Code pops for random misfire. Every time after a sitting for hours. My diagnosis, at 100,000 miles, is a slow leak in an injector. They say to replace them at 100,000 miles. But there...
  9. Passenger rear window doesn’t close fully (cabrio).

I have always had this problem, and have a simple way to avoid it. ALWAYS raise my rear windows first, THEN the fronts. The front windows block the movement of the rear windows. šŸ¤“
  10. Driving in winter

My Blizzaks are EXCELLENT. Long lasting and TONS of grip. I will be driving nothing else nowā¤ļø
  11. Old guy Mustang questions.

I have the 18 GT Convertible without the PP, but with the Premium package. LOVE IT! You can expect 25-28mpg on the highway, with 87 gas, and it purrs. Running 91 gas gives you an extra 1mpg and it is more powerful. I looked for my used one, and nothing within 800 miles of me. Found 1 in...
  12. Hidden info

In this upside down pic of my 2018 Mustang, I saw something that could only be seen when the light reflected a certain way. On the dash, a stamped part info was clearly visible. Zoom in to read it. šŸ¤”
  13. What's the longest someone's car has been in a Ford dealership getting repairs?

A pig ran into the road, and I flew over him. He died. Sent to repair shop November 7th. It's now December28. They didn't even start on it til Dec 6th. They claim getting parts takes months now, and if its a Ford F150, they won't even accept them they are so backlogged. My John Deere tractor...
  14. Winter - Help!

Humidity turning to moisture is the main issue. I would say take it out once every 30 days and drive it until the engine gets fully hot, and drive it for another 15 minutes. This boils off the water that has collected in the engine and oil. Then plug it in to a battery maintainer in your garage...
  15. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

My junk Pirelli tires went 34K on commute driving. When I had Discount Tire take a look, two layers of steel belts were worn thru. Got Blizzak and I LOVE these tires in Colorado weather.
  16. Stock PZeros - How long do they last?

I had the PZero All Seasons that came on the car. Never did burnouts. Never raced. They slid on snow like it was melted butter. At 34,000 miles, ALL 4 tires had gone thru 2 metal belts. They looked great from the side so I didn't notice. Pieces of SHIT. I get snow, so got Blizzaks and love them.
  17. No wi-fi hotspot in convertibles?

My 2018 GT Convertible has the Premium Plus option, which has voice navigation, heated steering wheel, digital dash, and Wi-Fi hotspot.
  18. Quick convertible boot question

I speak many languages: American, British, Canadian, Australian...
  19. Talk Me out of a Supercharger/Supercharger Suggestions

If warranty is concern, Roush blower will back the 36K warranty. You lose the tower brace though. Superchargers are too fun. You may crash. You may get large traffic tickets. Everyone will want to race you. Your insurance and gas bill will skyrocket. Your tires won't last long. Your drinks will...
  20. What mode do you normally drive in?

The wet/snow mode is smoooooth... and best for fuel economy. Normal has stronger shifts. Sport + is aggressive, keeps you in higher revs, does engine braking, and is FUN! Track turns off traction control and is at your peril. I don't use S for paddle shifting. I'm not as fast as the automatic.
