  1. Returnless Fuel KPM 1500hp/PWM Install

Wengerd had no issue tuning due to it being a dual pump setup. I put a fuel pressure gauge on the front port driver side of whipple rail. Did you have to lower your tank for the Top crossover feed line tube? **What boost are you looking to run?
  2. Rough idle, need advice

Pocobob I think what happened with the rough idle is some fuel got into the internal vent tube when you fueled up. My Edge does this quite a bit. If I fill up and then have to stop before I can pull out of the station, or have to stop at a traffic light within the first block the engine will...
  3. Anyone have experience buying/installing Setrab Oil Coolers for transmission?

I remember going through the hassle of researching and finding the correct components when I installed my Setrab transmission external fluid pump on my MT82-D4. I could have easily set it up for a cooler with the fans, but was only looking for extra lubrication under launch and heavy...
  4. ESS G3 and MT82-D4 1/4 mile data

I know there are lots of folks with 10R80 cars running ESS superchargers running 9’s in the 1/4 mile, but are there any MT82-D4 cars putting up similar numbers? I am fighting like heck to resist the urge to add one of these to my Bullitt. For those, who have experience with this kit, what...
  5. What did you do to your GT350 today?

95 is the most you can get? I think that is 90 octane rating for the USA. I've never been a fan of octane boosters for cars with cats but it says it's safe on their website. If you really want to give it a try, the best way imo would be to run at least one tank full to mix with the gas and let...
  6. 60-130mph times for boosted cars

PCMTec is compatible with Roush. In fact, there's a chance they already have a copy of your stock tune in their database. If not, they'll want a "clean read" of your car to add to the database. From then on, you can revert back to the stock Roush file at any time (even if you lose or delete...
  7. Best return fuel system

I would just like to add, I'm so completely confused!! What's the best system to run on the street for a daily set-up? I drive hard and would like the option to keep doing so below half a tank. I'm trying to figure this into my cost since I'll need it once I get my ESS. I'm on E85 and will stay...
  8. Tuner Can't Tune Car

Spark timing is complex on these engines. It basically looks at 4 values and selects the lowest. You're correct that for pump gas at least, most every tune will end up around the same total timing. The difference is just how they get there over a whole pull. For example, if you set borderline...
  9. 2024 dead ?

This is another step on the path to forced ev usage. Get us used to complacency - oh, just reboot lets see if it happens again, again, again, ….Make us start dragging a cord around, frigging ice engine needs a battery and the darn thing isn’t smart enough to keep itself from Lemming off a...
  10. Best return fuel system

How is a 6an a upgrade, it’s the same size as stock
  11. What’s your Ford dealership charging for an oil change?

I've seen the setup where they have the oil in boxes as well. Kind of like this but with brand names.
  12. What’s your Ford dealership charging for an oil change?

The oil is pumped from a man container for the regular synthetic blend. There is a Oil pump gun right above. If you request fully synthetic they go to parts department and grab that oil to add it in. At least thats how it was at the place I worked at.
  13. What’s your Ford dealership charging for an oil change?

It's the same here... still, does not add up. It's less the cost of skilled labor performing a proper inspection. Skilled it's probably the keyword here...
  14. Mileage on a new car

    I know. I'm just being lazy 😂
  15. return-less fuel systems thoughts and ideas

Thanks. The Radium is a Bucket Hat assembly right? And they say the fuel is cycled by the regulator? Also; what are people using to regulate the second fuel pump according to demand so it doesn't run continuously? Thanks
  16. return-less fuel systems thoughts and ideas

What about running the 285s in it 🤔
  17. return-less fuel systems thoughts and ideas

From my own experience the radium is safe to about 875/900 rwhp on E85 with 2 274 pumps, others have made more but for my personal threshold for safety that's what I feel comfortable with, anyone planning over 850 I tell them to just go triple pump for safety. I'll also add that I dislike full...
  18. Talk me into a centrifugal

Ah good point about the pully! TY I was thinking about my conservative top end goals and not considering setting a pully size for good low RPM boost. Yes I'd get a fuel system if my goals require a fuel system. Chances are I'll be messing around with surge tanks anyway (fuel starvation...
  19. Talk me into a centrifugal

My question is: Are you planning on installing a fuel system? (Or KPM type of upgrade) so that you can run E85? IMHO, the centri setup will work great for what you are trying to achieve provided you get the benefit of the additional timing you can add with E, and the ability to pulley down...
  20. Beginner’s Buying Guide

Beginner’s Buying Guide Back when I started washing cars in the very early 2000’s, there was simply no avenue for learning how to detail other than buying and trying things for yourself. No internet, no YouTube, no forums. You either taught yourself or took a job in the detailing industry...
