    Thanks, I take it the front will need adjustment then. . I prefer the camber plates but I have lowered other types of cars and not needed to correct the front camber.

    I hope that's the case here. My expectations of my first new car purchase keep lowering and am at the point where I'll except it for what it is as long as it doesn't fail. MT82 D4 included. It's a shame though because it's a well equipped vehicle that roars like a beast.

    Not customer service at the dealer level. Customer care at head office level and they do according to them.

    Sorry not understanding what your asking. You want a person's name? I was informed by Ford customer care that their engineers stated the Tsb will not be extented to include 2021 MY because they have revised piston skirt design. So if not an issue then why fix it?

    Might as well since they're are not stepping up and backing the Tsb, citing the engineers put these evaluations together based on fact and testing ect..... Opened a case with Ford Canada customer service Rep.

    Maybe it's just PTW clearance but the engineers made a change for a reason and haulted the Tsb for revised versions with that change.

    Yes that's the one. 4 video clips are also attached to it. I've heard this sound in mine if let is warm up to operating temp without driving it. I ve noted in a lot you tube videos the same noise at a lesser degree and found people aren't noticing it at that level or are dissmising it as DI...

    No its not the tick or 2k rattle it is actual piston slap the Tsb contains a video for verification

    Refined no, this is beyond that, besides when it's up to temp the engine is capable of running harmoniously. It's actually music to my ears....
