Checked COTUS and it shows my car as delivered yesterday (4/22). Called the dealer and not there yet - what the heck? I guess COTUS was being a little optimistic....

I just called the Ford Customer service main number, explained my situation and a "Case number" was created. I was then called back by the regional customer service mgr. Ford and Mercury United States 1-800-392-3673

GT Premium, Manual, 401A, Navigation, Security, 3.55 axle, spare tire, park assist, 50th anniversary trim Dealer also called the rail yard directly and was told it was a "labelling issue". Maybe there was a label misprint??:shrug:

Finally got in talked to the Ford Regional Customer Service Mgr about my car. My car was put on hold for a "Known build issue" at the plant, and a Ford employee was sent the the rail yard to check/repair the issue. It has now been released, and is awaiting shipment. Anybody know what this...

Nope - no other changes except for the revision date. The main difference was the Blend date disappeared and was replaced with my VIN at the top.

Hey guys, i might also have the same problem. I was told by the dealer that my car was put on hold by Ford for a "Labeling issue". I noticed that i have a new window sticker (dated 4/13) with different number/codes along the top portion. Any ideas what this might mean? Original window sticker...

Good news - Jeff from Ford Service was able to clarify that there is no hold on my car from Ford, it is just a shipping delay. What a relief!! Now I just have to wait a little longer......

My sticker says OT/A as well but mine was ordered under 'A' plan pricing. It could be just how the dealer entered the order in the system.
