I'm a little late to this party, but I just ordered the Hawks pads from Steeda that's suppose to reduce the drag a lot. I'll take it easy on the torque too and see if the combination of those fixes it.

Where are my stick shift drag racing guys at? I have some questions.

Any one using a Boss mani with the set up? I kinda want to ditch the CJ and run a boss with this kit.

It is very possible. What do you curently run? What does the car 60? I'm working on getting mine to go 10's this year...hopefully!

To get true lope you'll have to lock out some aftermarket turbo cams, since your twin'd already.

I switched from a GT350 mani to a ported CJ and don't regret it one bit. Money wise it's not the smartest switch, but I didn't really care.

I just installed a set of the OG's on the front of mine. Pretty dope.

I have a set of those and they cleared the brakes with no issues. I don't think stock lug nuts will fit in side the holes so you may need to pick up a aftermarket set. I can't comment on the hub rings. I won't use them unless I start getting really bad vibrations.

Swapping out those brakes are going to be some killer weight savings. I'm trying to go really fast all motor as well, so I am always looking for ways to cut a tenth so off of my ET. Let us know about that EWP. I have been debating about picking one of those up for a while now.

I do belive with a 10" wide wheel there will be some grinding of something. I can't comment on the rubbing of the tire. I would like to know the same thing.

That kit is really similar to the S197 kit. There are a lot of videos/write ups all over the place. I really want that kit too.

I am running Viking Crusaders on my MT82 car and the adjusability makes a world of difference on the track.

I am also looking to go from a 3.31 to a 3.73.

I have that tire and 3.31 gear. I usually leave right around 6800-6900 rpm's.

The On3 Gen 2 kit has already been 9.60's with a MT82.

Guys/Gals, I am about to make the switch to a CJ and a Rev auto intake and was wondering what everyone was doing for heat shields. I have looked around but haven't really seen much. I am going to attempt to modify my JLT heat shield unless the there is something out there that works...
