Am I correct in presuming that the strut tower brace on the perf pack is going to have to go when I add a supercharger?
If so, what benefits, if any am I losing from its removal?
Hello Guys and Gals.
I recently acquired a 2015 GT Premium in Guard Metallic....I absolutely LOVE this color...but I would like to add some accent color to it and am looking for suggestions on a complimentary color.
I'll be getting some clear vinyl wrap for protective purposes but would like...
Bollocks....I stopped carrying a wallet after I got a phone case with a card holder...seems I'm much less likely to leave the house without my phone than without my wallet.
Guess I'll have to stick to the microwave....or perhaps a faraday cage...lol.
I also recently (within the last 2-3 weeks) read a news report about thieves using a signal booster to relay the signal from a fob to another device that basically mimics the fob. They had video footage of two guys stealing a car from a home where the booster was able to get a weak signal from...
Yes, but...in order to actually start the car the fob has to be within about 3ft/1m of a sensor on the inside.
Now...that isn't to say that it can't be stolen....there is a widely accepted axiom in computer security: Once an attacker has physical access...all bets are off.
Pretty much the only two items I've found are either an Apple watch or the Magellan Sport and they are both geared toward fitness. The Magellan is like 80-100 bucks and does allow you to start/stop music that is playing as well as function as a watch, but again....geared toward fitness related...
I've recently noticed (after about a week) this warning sticker on the driver side window and in the truck.
Just curious if this is due to something the original owner added or if it is 'by default' and maybe due to the presence of the Nav system in the car:
"This vehicle is Traceable by Law...
Anyone know where/what kind of ramps I could get for a '15 with Performance Package?
I do a lot of the work on all my other cars but the vehicle ramps from the autoparts stores tend to be too steep to allow use with lower vehicles.
Last time I worked on the Volvo, I had to drive it up on 2x4s...
Personally, I would get it. I just paid $31k for a '15 Premium w/Performance Package and 50 yr Anniversary Appearance Package. Wasn't looking for the appearance package but was a nice touch. It had less than 3k miles.
My youngest had a problem controlling his urge to view "inappropriate" content on his smartphone so we took it away from him and replaced with a smart watch. It does in fact function as a phone, has its own number, can send text, etc....basically all the same functions as the old basic flip...
Oh, and you'll be surprised how all those annoying guys that rev up their Honda Civics so everyone can hear their aftermarket muffler...suddenly don't when your in your Mustang.
Here's my motto:
It's a car, not a crisis.
I used to buy into all the mid-life crisis stuff too..but then I realized that the reason 'older' guys buy sports cars isn't because of crisis of identity but because they actually have the income for it and cheaper insurance. ;-)
I just got my '15 a...
