If a 2.3L TVS on a 5.0 can make 727HP at the wheels, I would say that a 2.65L TVS on a 5.2 could easily exceed that...I realize that's a fairly simplistic view and there are other things that equate to speed and acceleration, but I could easily see high 700s at the crank.

Tell me about it...my last 5.0 was a 92 LX and I thought it was fast. my latest 15 has over twice the HP. 25yrs since I owned that one and it was raining the night I test drove this one....talk about nervous...lol. I was surprised how quickly I fell back into the groove of a RWD Manual.

Up til now I have only used the 10% ethanol blend. The station that has no ethanol fuel carries 90 octane.

So the idea was that WITH the boost I could use a lower octane fuel.. The brand name was 104+ The rest of your explanation makes alot of sense. None of the available products provide details. The most detail they have is "Treats up to X Gal," in the case of the bottle I used it was 25 gallons...
