Yes, but new car dealers buy them too. They are just normal cars. 99.9% of the time the dealer just didn't have a good enough mechanic to fix it. It will always be some tiny nightmare issue, some random ground wire touching when you hit a bump, while turning, at 45 mph etc. Any obvious or...
I just lowered it an inch too with the steeda magnaride springs. It really looks good now, the gap is now uniform all around the wheel from the sides to the top
I have some takeoffs for sale right now, basically best offer. They have 5-700 miles on them. They are perfect, no road rash or anything. I'm in vegas fyi, bought different wheels
I did the 305s in the back too. It’s not lowered, that’s stock magnitude but I have the steeda 1” lowering springs in my shop waiting to install. Fords were backordered for months.
Got these installed the other day, shelby cs-11's in gunmetal. Had to use a 1/2" spacer up front to get them to match the rear. 20x11 305's in the rear 20x9 275's in the front
Here is what I ended up with, the shelby cs-11 in gunmetal grey. Had to use a 1/2" spacer in the front to get them flush, or at least to match the front. Could have probably gotten away with leaving them alone but I'm picky.
The rubber boot is a hard rubber circle, the base of the steeda shifter is a square. No amount of stretching will get it over it, the rubbers too thick.
Thanks for the reply, I'll hit up Jamie on Tues.
No. But thanks for the suggestion. Its deeper in the car than that. When I accelerate from too high of a gear it's so loud you would think somethings going to break. Also, if I am getting on it and slip the clutch a bit, the rattle gets insane.
Finally ordered a set of the catted ebay headers, crossing my fingers. But I have a full shop and some mechanics so I'm hoping it goes ok.
When you put long tubes on can you keep the factory resonator or it has to go to straight pipe there?
Anyone have any experience with the steeda full shifter for the 2019 mustangs.
I got one and installed it, quite the job, but it has alot of noise. Sounds like really quick, almost hollow, rattle noise. Its really noticeable when I accelerate from too high of a gear (going slower than I...
