$180-200 is right; 11.5 quarts of 50w kicks the price. You do want to make sure that whomever is touching your car is qualified otherwise they could make a mess of your undercarriage when changing the filter.
Took a few weeks as they don’t stock, or at least they didn’t. No complaints on quality or fit. I welded instead of using their clamps.
Sound is awesome in comparison to stock, always gets compliments
I’ve always preferred the H over X, and this application was no different. All personal preference but it’s a bit deeper at low revs and absolutely wicked when you jump on it.
I can see why you went that way with the X; I did the same with the H. Being a glutton for punishment, if I had stayed with the the X I probably would have still tried pulling the resonators first.
Not pure straight pipes (had that on my GT for a bit, sounded angry as hell); just saying why replace a truly heavy duty x-pipe unless you are putting in an H-pipe?
Deleting the two shorty resonators are a given, and those just require a small section of straIght pipe for each. Much different...
That wasn’t my point. I’m saying the GT500 already has an X-pipe so no need to install one. If you want louder, just replace the resonators with straight pipes.
For a 2020+ GT500, they already come with a massive X-pipe; wouldn't a couple of simple straight pipes to replace the inline resonators achieve the same purpose?
Indeed they are; Congratulations!
Just a suggestion, if you can swing it give it an xpel spa-week; lots of contact areas and the tires grab everything.
