I blew the motor twice.
First time on e85 with 806 whp. Dtp racing locally tuned
Blew to ringlands in two cylinders. guy that built my motor said it looks like it was not tune related and just happened to be my luck with the power I was pushing. I was going at it for about 9 months of beating...
I have my Paxton 2200sl up for sale. Fits on 2015 to 2017 mustang GT. Actual supercharger has about 3000 miles on it. $5000 obo.
Shipping is quite a bit, so if you live near me, I would rather meet up with you even if we have to drive a couple hours. If not, I can't really lower the price...
Okay guys so I traded in my 2017 mustang GT for a 2019 mustang GT 10 speed. I blew my motor twice and I blew it again after only one week of having the new motor in. So I gave up and I'm getting rid of it and I traded it in. I have until Monday to take out the 18 digital cluster, the radio and...
I can definitely tell you one thing. That I'm getting tired of dealing with all this nonsense and I'm going to end up hooking it up to that purple and green wire. Lol. The only issue with that is for me is going to be when I'm trying to tune my car and then the pumps will be hot the whole...
I was looking at all the schematics last night with a reputable Ford tech guy that I know and we came to the conclusion that the MAIN purple with green stripe wire since the module power and then the module powers on and off the yellow with gray stripe wire, along with all the other wires...
I'm just going to have to get another module because the reason why people use the yellow with gray stripe wire is because that is a 12 volt switched wire also, but it only cuts on for 3 seconds and cuts back off until you start the car. I could just use the purple with green stripe wire, but...
Okay so update. I disconnected the module and directly hooked the remote wire up to the purple with green stripe wire and the car cut on. So there's an issue somewhere with either a computer trigger problem or the actual ford module that the plug goes into itself.
So I was datalogging with Lund today and car was fine and has been fine since installing new built motor. He sent me a revision and I installed the new tune a few hours later and I try to start my car and it would only crank. Seems like it was not getting fuel. I resorted back to stock and...
Yeah I'm going to do a data log in a little while. It's been way too hot around here to do it during the day. And I even sent him a message over the weekend about it not letting me really go over that. I'm hoping it's nothing serious because I just put in the built motor and everything sounds...
thank you sir. That's exactly what I just did. Glad to verify that it is right. One less connection to have to worry about later on. Lol.
I'm hoping Lund can figure out what's going on because when I hit about 6000ish RPMs something is cutting out to not letting me go that RPM.
Hey guys, when I first installed this setup on my 2017 mustang GT, I was using the hobbs switch, which fore recommended me to use cause of heat. I was using a different tuner at the time and he was fine with it. I ended up blowing two cylinders out of my motor and rebuilt it and now I'm using...
