  1. Is the build date on the window sticker?

I don't think there is a date of the sticker. The closest you can get is the BLEND number at the top. Not exactly sure what that is but I think it's the date on which parts become available for the build. For example my car has a BLEND of 120210108 (January 8, 2021) but the build date is...
  2. How many miles did you get out of your 10R80 transmission before self destructing? 500 miles, 1k, 2k… driving type? Towing, city, hwy, etc.

What is happening on the Chevy side of the universe? Are Camaros having similar problems with this transmission? Granted Ford is using different tuning and the hardware or plumbing hanging off the tranny could be different. But the guts should be the same.
  3. These Enthusiast Vehicles Could Be Hit by Trump's Proposed Canada, Mexico Tariffs

Mustang may be assembled in the US but a lot of parts are made in Canada including the Coyote engine. Tariffs will hit the Mustang too.
  4. State ref failed me for sound tube need one!!

If you don't mind me asking, how did you get wrapped around the axle with a state referee? I assume the local smog shop might not catch this.
  5. Battery or charging system issues?

Did you figure out what the problem is?
  6. Battery or charging system issues?

If your battery is reading 11.8 V right after shutting the engine off you have something other than a parasitic load. Either the battery is kaput or the charging system isn't doing it's job. What is the voltage at the battery terminals with the engine running? If the battery is initially at...
  7. Battery or charging system issues?

Assuming your instrument cluster gauge is accurate, 11.8 V is really low after shutdown. I would also double check using a multi meter to make sure the cluster is correct.
  8. Disabling ANC on a convertible

Were you able to confirm that there is ANC in the GT? I've found info about disabling in the EcoBoost but nothing regarding the GT convertible.
  9. Any idea where this came from?

That part might not even be related to your car. It could be a piece of road debris that was picked up while driving around.
  10. Help with battery replacement procedure

Go on Amazon and buy some of the retaining screws for the battery box cover. You’ll drop half of them in the engine bay and never see them again. 😃
  11. Thanks to CA, future vehicles may get speed warning chime

Looks like my link above is broken. The good news is that the governor vetoed the bill.
  12. Noise cancelling microphones

For what it's worth the attached is from the Order Guide for the 2021. The '18 and '19 Order Guides do not have the footnote, but I suspect ANC was also Eco-B during those years as well. I do not have the Order Guides for other years.
  13. What Fuel Should I Be using?

I'll have to check, but I think 14:1 is the typical AFR for gas motors.
  14. Jacking rail recommendation?

I went with Steeda. Easy installation. Since you're living in PA you might want to take a close look at construction to avoid designs that have internal spaces or other features that might trap road salt.
  15. I have a connector that I can’t determine what it connects to. It exits the wiring harness at the passenger side rear.

Can you narrow that down a little better? Rear passenger compartment or under the car? Are you the original owner? Or is there a chance a previous owner changed/added something? A lot of pins in that connector. Is there something not working that might point you in the right direction?
  16. Moving to LA Soon, Summary on SMOG/E85 Tune Laws?

This is from the DMV website and it's not exactly clear on the subject of smog for new vehicles. You might need to do an initial smog inspection when the car is brought into CA regardless of age. I would check carefully before showing up at DMV. Another question, will the flex tune actually...
  17. What mechanic/DIY diagnostic car repair guide do you use ? Are there any that don’t cost thousands a year like AllData ?

If you’re looking for a service manual this is a good option. PDF files that don’t require a special application. You can make multiple copies for different devices. I have one of these and it seems to be a comprehensive manual. https://www.factory-manuals.com/
