WD40 and fingernail worked like a charm.

Tried that, but obviously you have to use a razor blade to cut through the plasty dip over the square. I feel like that’s gonna leave loose edges. I guess that’s the only way to do it though.

So I have my 5.0 emblems off to plastidip them. But I want to keep the red dot. What’s the best way to accomplish that?

Removing my emblems to plastidip them black. Need something to remove the adhesive from the paint after the emblem is off. What’s best - Goo Gone, WD-40, 3M, something else?

I doubt the factory tweeter capacitor will harm an aftermarket tweeter. NOT using a capacitor or crossover might of course. L-pad attenuator seems like good a idea, just don't think I wanna get that complicated trying to find a place to put it, etc. I'd be curious to know if anyone used one for...

Sent you a PM. Ive tried 3 different aftermarket tweeters, including the Powerbass. Everything I’ve tried is too harsh, even with treble at lowest setting. I’m just gonna have to go back to the factory tweeters until at some point I can upgrade the whole system.

Still need the tweeters if anyone has a pair.
