  1. Has Anyone with a 15-17 S550 passed emissions with an 18 manifold with IMRC locked out.

I was doing more casual accelerations to 65 and letting it coast down to 40 in 5th or 6th gear. Will have to try harder acceleration and engine brake in a lower gear like you suggested.
  2. Has Anyone with a 15-17 S550 passed emissions with an 18 manifold with IMRC locked out.

Thanks i did an obd2 drive cycle per the online instructions http://www.obdii.com/drivecycleford.html And can get all monitors to pass within 40-50 miles except for the fuel system one. Trying to understand why this monitor wont set. I did find an article addressed to the new jersey emissions...
  3. Has Anyone with a 15-17 S550 passed emissions with an 18 manifold with IMRC locked out.

Like the title says has anyone on here with a 15-17 car upgraded to an 18 manifold with IMRC lockouts and passed an OBDII emissions test? If so were all of your OBD monitors ready or did you have one or two that were not ready/incomplete? Some states that do emissions testing allow for 1 or 2...
  4. Fuel I/M Readiness Monitor

So i found some good info on why the fuel system monitor might not be ready https://www.stopthesoot.org/etep/FSMA.pdf According to the document CARB changed the fuel system from a continuous monitor to one that is non-continuous for the S550 (requires a drive cycle.) I tried what is...
  5. Fuel I/M Readiness Monitor

Gave it a shot pulling the battery and re-uploading the tune but still no dice. Either there is something in the tune preventing the fuel system from being ready, or I need more driving time than the 130 or so miles I put on originally. What I'm not understanding is that my fuel system is stock...
  6. Fuel I/M Readiness Monitor

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
  7. Fuel I/M Readiness Monitor

So I have to pass emissions and have gotten all my monitors to enable except for the fuel monitor. I have followed the Ford OBDII drive cycle as described here http://www.obdii.com/drivecycleford.html I have logged 130 or so miles on the setup so not sure what the deal is. My S197 just passed...
  8. What does a used D1SC go for?

So how do you feel the difference is compared to the stock converter?. My 3c isnt too bad but is a little cluncky and loose.
  9. What does a used D1SC go for?

Also the price seems to be about the same as the ET street S/S. @SolarFlare how are you liking them? Also is your 2c converter the 245mm or the 258mm?
  10. What does a used D1SC go for?

Yea I did see those, was wondering how much more grip they have than the regular 555R. Seems to be kind of a hybrid between the 555R and NT05R.
  11. What does a used D1SC go for?

Well the more you know. I'm gonna stick to the 4.0 pulley for now. Making 16 PSI and I don't get traction in second anymore. I used to dead hook with my stock motor and 4.5" pulley but now it just spins all the way to redline with nitto 305/40R18 NT555R's. Been talking to Circle D about...
  12. What does a used D1SC go for?

Interesting This is the first I am hearing of this. But I did check on Brutespeed and noticed that the gen 1 and 2 crank pulleys have different part numbers.
  13. What does a used D1SC go for?

Built motor with MMR 1000 Short Block L&M intake cams and Boss heads. I would stay with that pulley size on the stock motor. That's actually the same pulley size I was running when I had my stock gen 1 motor. According to the Procharger blower RPM calculator, With the stage 2 8" crank pulley...
  14. What does a used D1SC go for?

Yea you will definitely need to upgrade injectors to ID1300x's and get a proper return fuel system like a Fore dual or triple pump setup for supporting more power, especially if you get a F series blower.
  15. What does a used D1SC go for?

Maxing out the D1SC should get you to into the low to mid 900 whp range. I currently have my D1SC on a 4.0 pulley which puts me at max impeller RPM shifting at 7500. Am going back to the dyno on the 27th so will have updated dyno numbers then.
  16. Procharger Crank Support:?

Would like to see the instructions, hoping Procharger will also make a crank support for the gen 1 coyote. I called them and they said they would after the gen 2/3 was developed. Hope they are true to their word.
  17. Whipple gen 4 upgrade

Have a Procharger on my S197 but leaning towards a whipple gen 5 on my S550
  18. Whipple gen 4 upgrade

Word on the street is the upgrade from gen 2 to gen 3 was pretty substantial. Gen 3 to 4 not as big of improvement. If you're on the stock motor a gen 2 can window your block. Gen 5 is nice not just because of the rotor efficency increase but also better IATs due to the bigger intercooler. The...
  19. Procharger Crank Support:?

Anyone else notice the crank support is now advertised on the procharger website. https://www.procharger.com/blog/new-product-procharger-coyote-crankshaft-support-assembly
