Your seats are heated/cooled but not memory. The module under the passenger seat is the h/c module. The memory module which would be under the driver seat is missing, so you dont have memory.
Curious how that will work out for you on Camaro. But by theory you should be able to make it move. You...
I have never seen a base car with small screen that has h/c seats. The bigger screen and h/c seats are part of the premium package.
It definitely looks nice with these seats. I would do the same if I had your car too.
MSCAN is mid-speed CAN-BUS in Ford vehicles used to interconnect body and infotainment control units. It is definitely not 12v. In other words, brain signals.
If you are willing to invest in a 8" screen/module and radio unit, you may be able to use that network to command switch on/off like...
If you add hard on/off switches, the only thing I would double check before testing 12v on each function (blower/heating pad), is checking what voltage goes to these function coming from the h/c module. Curious if it is 12v or something else. I will check mine and update.
Also be aware bypassing...
Passenger side should move fine, there is no memory module for passenger side.
Potentially the airbag light may come on due to the passenger side occupancy sensor different part number between base and premium. I swapped the sensor from the original base seat to the premium seat and airbag light...

Parts purchased:
1- driver door module pulled from Mustang
2- lock/unlock buttons with memory 1/2/3
3- door bezel for new switch (wider opening)
4- connectors
It is not as complicated as you might think. It will however involve...
If you swapped your base cloth seats with premium leather and have the issue with driver seat doesn't move, here is the fix.
Power (hot/ground) for base seats goes to the POWER SWITCH directly.
Power (hot/ground) for premium seats goes to the memory module under driver seat, then the module...
UPDATE: Problem solved. It was the key fob frequency. I had the wrong set of key fobs came with the car (previous owner purchased). Good way to verify what you have, check the frequency for your transceiver and match it with key fobs.
I might have figured it out. The RTM (transceiver) frequency...
I have this no key detected problem. The cupholder slot works fine, so I can drive the car etc. But remote doesn't work, smart entry (handle) does not lock/unlock. New battery in keyfob. No warranty on car. But I still took it in to Ford for diagnosis, they found nothing wrong. All parts...
Nothing plugs into that. The buttons in the bezel will work right away. You can add buttons to the screen via forscan but the bezel buttons will work fine.
The only pigtails you will need are the two wpt-1279 that connects between the second connectors in each seat.
The two wires you will tab...
