My dealer just gave me an update ,58 cars to be released to dealers this friday (from dec 2 shipment ie Parsifal Melb) the rest still in quality control.

In my case I think my car was built in a couple of days. Etis said built 22 Oct it was at Baltimore port 6 Nov .It takes a few days to get to Baltimore ie , a couple of days at Flatrock then onto railcar then to port. If something goes wrong with build it will go to the upfitters to be fixed...

I think they have planned it this way. That is they will meet what ever local demand is and not keep US customers waiting for a long time but for RHD and Europe it will be steady production and as initial demand steadies they will meet ongoing demand. Of course we all know they got blindsided...

On the spec sheets for my car from ETIS. FORD there was a notation of 433Mhz.(same as UK/EURO)I did not know what that was for. I do now.As it happens Ford Ranger(also Mondeo,new Everest) use 433Mhz TPMS sensors.They are not cheap at Ford.At least problem solved.
