I am in same position to you. Have had VIN for 8 weeks ,still no info on etis (as long as I am looking in correct spot).Got news from my dealer today, ETA is now 12 Dec was originally 31 Oct.My car was due to be segmented (built) 24 Aug but still no info on ETIS. I am not sure what is going on.
Could you please confirm your car has the "deployable hood" and that the struts installation does not interfere with deployable mechanism. Or are the deployable hoods only on RHD cars and not EURO LHD cars. Thank You
I hope their cost reduction continues and we dont get that ACTIVE bonnet lift pedestrian crap that is in the UK manual.I still might be able to install my redline struts as there was no mention of bonnet doover in new brochure. Heres hoping. Also will wait and see on spoiler accessories,if they...
I think it has been posted previously the reason Ford did not change positioning was you need a whole different floor pan for brake mounting etc.The cost was substantial. This is the reason it was not changed .May be on a future model. It seems you can not just change console. We will just have to...
Not necessarily so. If mine will still bolt on ,there going on. I am not aware of any other cars in aus with this system.May be nothing to do with aus design rules.
I am only going off previous posts on streetfighter. But since the AUS tune was down 20kw to Standard US factory tune we are not likely to be able to do anything like a 12.75 ET for an auto GT.( I think that car also has a 3.15 diff).
I think our cars are on railcars across USA to Portland/Oregon then shipped to Asia/Australia/NZ. There has been previous posts with cars in Portland. Portland to Sydney approx 3 weeks. ( LA to SYD = 3 weeks )
I have not looked yet.I think it is too early.Probably better to look about scheduled production date week on 24th Aug. I am heading to Canada on 21st Aug,so when I return in Oct hopefully I wont have long to wait.I will have a test drive of a GT in Canada, looking forward to that.
Do we know for sure the leds for front tri lights are not installed in RHD headlight housings? May be it is cheaper to leave leds in all headlights and just deactivate from bus etc,or change wiring.Just a thought.
Some of the UCL winners in the UK have VIN numbers and production dates of 3rd and 10th of August for their RHD.Heres hoping OZ production is scheduled then as well.
Hi Utedog7, Thanks for update on console, how was the auto?Did you like sports mode?Throttle blip on downshifting etc? Would like to hear of your impressions when you get a chance, thanks.
Hey Jeff, all your photos of car and wheels so far have been in shade , no direct sunlight. How about a couple of photos with sun behind you?The wheels against CO should really stand out then.Thanks.
Thanks for posting pics.I was also there,it was interesting to hear they have 68 orders. As we have heard before the car is much better in the flesh.I loved it.You might have noticed my 67 coupe Colorado Red with black Shelby stripes out front.
