On top of the above discussed oil consumption, I think the dipstick tube has issues because at times it seems difficult to get a consistent reading (oil only on top or bottom of hash-marked side, etc.).
I find it hard to believe that your car is using a quart about every 200 miles. Check the oil in the morning after it sits all night. Pull the dip stick out on a path on the firewall side of the strut tower brace when you are checking the level.
If you are not going track your car, get PSS and have an alignment shop remove all front toe out and front negative camber (as determined) to eliminate front inner edge cording
