I patched my holes myself with some bondo and I have racing stripes going over it. You could use touch up paint to try blending it in. Won't be perfect but it will cost you 15 bucks lol:headbonk:

Thanks everyone for your input. I am more concerned with how the end result would look like than the actual techniques used to achieve the look. Although, wrapping does sound fairly appealing the textured surface of the plastic is fairly concerning. Would regular 3m wrap be thick enough to mask it?

my 5.0 does this too, pretty much on every single cold start I will have some idle play. It goes on every time I stop the car until the engine is fully warmed up.
