  1. 2015-17 Mustang GT Ford Performance Power Packs

So everyone is on standby for PP2 and PP3? Based on the one dyno I've seen of PP1, it displayed some weird behavior and the gains/losses were odd as well. Has anyone else dynoed PP1? Warranty retention is one thing, but no one wants a half-baked tune. I want to see if the real numbers can...
  2. Before/After 93 to E85 Lund tuning Dyno.

Did you ever end up hearing back from Lund about this?
  3. GT350 IM is awesome!

I'd lean Procharger, but that's my personal preference. What I'd really pursue is a Hellion kit. Got it. Hate those limiters, but the car will haul. No doubt about that.
  4. PMAS question

@Gibbo205 I received the scoop and snorkel a while back and haven't taken the time to install them. I'm running into a snag. The Velossa has a piece that extends from the bottom (?) and doesn't seem to fit well with the snorkel. Am I completely off, or does yours have the same design?
  5. Mishimoto’s 2015+ Mustang GT Performance Intake R&D - NOW RELEASED!!

Wow, those are crazy gains for a no-tune intake! The production box will be plastic? Do you reuse the stock MAF? Also, what app do you use to datalog? I have the Torque app., but I'm sure you guys are using something better.
  6. GT350 IM is awesome!

It was a 6MT with 3.73s, and had the following mod list: 2014 Ford Mustang 5.0 6MT Base Engine: Ported Cobra Jet Intake Manifold Monoblade Throttle Body RevAuto 5" Intake w/heatshield Comp Stage 3 Cams Trickflow Springs TSS Oil Pump Gears ATI Damper RevAuto Dyno Tune Exhaust: Kooks...
  7. Before/After 93 to E85 Lund tuning Dyno.

It has to be something. Those numbers were with an intake. We can debate on how much of that gain is attributable to an open hood, etc., but a tune that compensates for the change to cone filter element should do something to take advantage of the added flow of an intake, i.e., he'd gain even...
  8. GT350 IM is awesome!

10.7-10.9, on a DR, the suspension was never dialed in. I am confident there was more in it.
  9. GT350 IM is awesome!

Hey, are they going to use ti-vct limiters for the cams? I had Revauto do the work on mine, and the limiters were utilized. They sucked. The car was dead under about 3500/4k. Are you doing oil pump gears and a lower sprocket? I'd also recommend an ATI damper.
  10. Before/After 93 to E85 Lund tuning Dyno.

I see significant gains over 5000. I see nothing significant below that. ~5whp/wtq is within the noise, IMO. Edit: Also, isn't there an intake and axlebacks on the car? Stock to 93 can't be attributed to gains from the tune only. Again, I'm talking 93 tune, not E85. I'd expect any tune...
  11. Before/After 93 to E85 Lund tuning Dyno.

I wasn't referring to E85. I was speaking on the gains from stock to 93. I'm not a big E85 guy. Can't get it in my area. It pretty much mirrors the stock curve till around 5000rpm, and the tq increases are negligible. I expected more in that regard.
  12. Before/After 93 to E85 Lund tuning Dyno.

As others mentioned, I'm honestly disappointed by the increase from stock to 93. Making noticeable gains from 5500-6500 isn't enough for me to go with this tune. I'm sure drivability will be better, etc., but that's it? For reference, I trapped 126-127 in positive DA (1200-1400), 500whp (93)...
  13. GT350 IM is awesome!

Sure you can. I did it on my S197 with bolt-ons and cams. 93 octane, no tricks, stock heads. A solutions will come out where the formula for 500whp N/A is easy to replicate on this chassis, even with the GT350 mani instead of the Cobra Jet.
  14. Do you guys regret any of your mods?

I'd assume it just takes so damn long to get there, it's not ideal. Adding another 800ish rpm also means your shift points get even more astronomical. With 3.15s, power under the curve, or average power, is more important because you spend more time in each gear.
  15. Pmas and tune. Disapointed

Only thing I can comment on is that Shaun was spot on for every tune/revision for my S197. I used AED all the way from off-road x/tune, to FBO, and there were no issues. I had RevAuto install the cams and associated parts, and they dyno tuned it, and the car ran very, very well. I know both...
  16. PMAS question

Gibbo, I have a feeling I'll be your copy cat before you know it. THANK YOU for the post. It's an amazing help! Can't wait to get started.
  17. 2015-17 Mustang GT Ford Performance Power Packs

I mean, with no other supporting mods, that seems a little generous. I could see 420/425, maybe.
  18. PMAS question

Fantastic, I ordered the Big Mouth as well. I suspect I won't be able to use the GT350 snorkel with the stock airbox? but I'll run the Big Mouth, and cut grille, until I decide to pull the trigger on PMAS and a tune where I'll add in the Shelby snorkel. Thanks for your help! I'm interested to...
  19. 2015-17 Mustang GT Ford Performance Power Packs

The $570 deal is tempting, but so is PMAS + AED tune, for me. Has anyone used the GT350 hai/cai for IAT testing, or any sort of datalogging?
