Called the 800 Ford number, they told me to go to a second dealer and get their opinion. So today I plan to go back to where I bought the car, then the second dealer, and then an upholstery shop. Hopefully someone can do something.

I'm not sure. But I only had 500 or so miles (couple weeks) when I started noticing it. Have you noticed any change in comfort over the miles?

The seats are still bothering my back. I still think there is something wrong with them. That second to last stitched rectangle sinks quite a bit. Here is a picture of the stretch. The back is sagging too. Edit: I am only 150lbs too.
