I ran it hard last night doing datalogs, didn't get any smoke after. I'll be watching for it to come back though. I'm happy with just masking it for the time being until my new turbo goes on.

I'm happy to report I've been smoke free for 24 hours! I flashed a revised tune with the idle set at 1k yesterday, and it hasn't smoked since.

I pre-ordered the MAP kit, eta for them to start shipping is mid-june.

The accessport does everything this box does, with no wire cutting.

I did all of the above, except I went with the Mishimoto catch can, and mine still smokes like a chimney if it idles for more the a minute.

I would love to get it on a dyno, not sure when/if that will happen though. The closest shop with a dyno is 3+ hours away.

So do I, I have an accessport and custom tune from MAP. I had an accesport on my WRX as well and could adjust idle on the fly, but Have yet to find that option on the ecoboost accessport. That's why I was asking.

How are you guys bumping you idle up?

What I meant was you can't change the rpm that the TC locks up at, but I am far from being an expert on automatics. I stick to 3 pedals.

The torque converter is what controls launching an auto. It's not a matter of tuning.

The exhaust sounds so much better in person, none of the videos do it justice. If you listen to the videos on really good speakers or headphones it's close, but you still don't hear the deep tone this exhaust produces.

15svo on here has a base auto w/PP and has the phase 1 kit. His dyno numbers are listed on MAP's website.

Using the launch control which is set at 4k with the MAP tune. I actually had the traction control on for all those launches except for the burnout of course.
