I have the white letterin 1.5' high for the PP GT oem tires, sorry the pic shows only a small part but I can take one with full view for you tomorrow...
The seats don't recline but they're more comfortable, much much lighter and keep you in place in fast driving through the bends.
It's by far the best and most urgent mod you want to get for your Mustang.
But that's me of course.
Has any of you guys know what weights could be shaved with front lexan windshield and lexan window?
What's the weight of the alu hood? It feels pretty heavy...
Wouldn't it be posible to swap in a T5 trans in place of the OEM MT82?
I don't trust this trans, it feels cheap and on the Cliff to fall apart if you drive it in sport mode.
I've put the car on a diet, I've already done fron PP (heated and cooled) seats, rear seats delete, catback after market exhaust system...
Next will be wheels and brakes.
I understand there is plenty to shave under carriage, where, what, who's making the stuff?
Thanks.
Better again...
I've just went down the garage and I tried to hold a PP oem seat, I just couldn't with one arm and I could with both but now light...
On top of saving 60lbs with both front seats, The Corbeau are more comfortable and hold your body in the winding roads, the Oem leave you...
Well, I don't know exactly how much they weight but as I said they are pretty heavy, yes 50lbs each could easily be...
It means that swapping those cooled/heated leather PP crap with racing Corbeau I've shaved 60/70lbs...Less the back seat I guess another 20Lbs...
They weight a lot, far too much, I'd say at least around 20/25 lbs each, I've swapped them for Corbeau buckets and I believe I've drop about 50lbs of comfy crap from the car, the rear seats instead are lighter then I thought, I've dropped them too anyway.
