The application solution you create should make them move until you get em into the perfect spot. I got mine placed, squeegeed out both edges to make sure it was in the same spot, and then just let it sit in the sun until it dries, and don't touch it again. ;)

Just to close this one - the video linked to here has the fix that I was looking for. I had to tighten mine up substantially, had SO much play. And since I did, the play is gone, and the handle is nice and secure. Thank you again, 5 Spurs, for linking to it.

So I'm going to resurrect this thread. Steeda has one set @ 109, and one set @ 149, and for the life of me, I can't tell the difference between them other than the mounting spots?

so I don't have the premium seats, just plain old cloth seats, but mine are also all the way down, and all the way back. I'll get it looked at when I take it in the first time.

36" inseam, 6'4" - this is where my leg sits when I'm driving. When I lift off the throttle to apply brake only, and while shifting, I have a tendency to pull the handle up with my leg. But the lever is s-u-p-e-r loose.

Uhhh... what does this have to do with my knee hitting my ebrake? hahaha

I'll snap a pic of how mine hits my leg, just in normal driving.

Yep, mine as well. I don't realize it's happened until the christmas lights on the dash start going crazy that the brake is on.
