Weight. Bolts > tape. Unless there is something else under the sheet metal the bolts are securing why put them back?

Pulled my seats, belts, mounts, etc today. Will be installing the FP delete kit. Any reason I can't just duct tape over the holes left from removal instead of putting the OEM bolts back in?
