Doesn't silicone based lube spray destroy O2 sensors? At least it did for my 96 A4. Literally didnt take more than 2 minutes after spraying stuff in engine bay while engine was running for me to get the check engine light. Things maybe different with today's O2 sensors but not sure.

Does rear sway bar come with a bushing and mount??

I started with middle on stock suspension with Front BMR bar. Felt good. Lowered it with Steeda Sportline Linear with Nonadjustable. It was a bit too stiff and was understeering every corner. Set it to soft and it feels super composed with some body roll but helpful amount not hurtful amount...

Only had 4mm shims. Shimmed 4mm reduced vibration to none in 0-75mph. still have vibration in 75 - 85. I will try to get around to 1/4" shim that seem like most people are having success with

vibration btw 45 to 60 is eliminated. i can see through my rear view mirror now. However there is still vibration at 75 to 85 mph. may need to add more shim as 4mm helped but didnt hit home run just yet

You can do it without spring compressor too if you have a jack that is easy to modulate. Rear spring will be surprisingly harder than you think. watch a lot of videos people doing it. not too bad afterall.

I feel like I need 1/4" = 0.250" = 6.35mm shim to be more closer to where I need to be. I will test drive today but probably will have to get help from BMR on getting correct size shim and longer bolt for proper thread engagement. Thank you for shining light on this subject Kelly

2015 EB Auto Trans Flange : -2.0 deg Diff Pinion : +4 deg. added 4mm shim cuz that was all I had. It measured between -2.5 to -3.0 degrees after shimming I havent test drove yet. I will let yall know how it feels for my 50 mile commute

Update: Vibration came back. I will try to see if it is coming from driveline vibration. Will report back, team!

so.. about 1/4" Shim per 1 degree of flange angle I assume?

I am going to check my flange and pinion angle tomorrow. I will keep you guys posted.

If the car ran fine for months without knock/running excessively lean.. it probably didnt grenade one day because the tune decided to let the engine go. Probably combination between defective parts/cycles of stress at higher power level + who knows what.. I am just glad you got it covered under...

1. You lost electrical assists 2. You got over temp error. 3. Your coolant all leaked out Probably.. Your Tensioner Pulley Failed and your alternator stopped charging and water pump stopped working. Alternator stopped charging -> No Battery. #1 solved No Water Pump -> No Cooling -> Over Temp #2...

Did you take the drive shaft off and measured the angle using inclinometer?

My rear view mirror has never been usable. I went in to get it replaced once but still vibrates all day everyday. Side view mirrors doesnt seem to be bothered by vibration but rear view.. forget it. Maybe Driveline vibration is whats causing it to be so blurry all the time at 45+mph?

Can you take a picture of which cross member bolts you shimmed?
