  3. Steeda's S550 Billet Rear Shock Mounts Are Finally Here!

I installed mine and I definitely can tell difference in various bumps. Overall good improvement. One questions I have is that I hear occasional popping noise. Not all the time but from time to time especially more on low speed that is coming from the shock mount that transmits through the...

  5. Anyone swapped the front lower control arms? What ball joint tool did you use?

I have never successfully removed the ball joint with boot intact when used pickle fork. maybe I suck lol. They work wonderfully in separating the joints but at the cost of ball joint. Would a standard autozone tie rod removing tool or ball joint separator not fit for out application?

glad to hear that it is fixed. do you havr a picture of the old bearing?
  7. ***Urgent*** Check Clutch Line At Brake Master Cylinder

not precisely. inner o ring is the sealing o ring and the outer one helps orienting the hose in a horizontal (axial) position. it is much less likely to get out of position enough to leak.
  8. ***Urgent*** Check Clutch Line At Brake Master Cylinder

Issue is not the pressure. It is the O-ring that is sealing the line can get cocked without proper support (either double o-ring or something structurally supporting it). for the application, seems like the black cap that goes over the reservoir nipple that connects to the line supposed to...
  9. ***Urgent*** Check Clutch Line At Brake Master Cylinder

I believe Ford should have used a double O ring quick connector instead of single o-ring since it is subject to non-axial loads (line sagging with fluid in it). As long as the connector on the hose does not separate from the retaining clip, it won't get undone and drain brake fluid reservoir though.
  10. All issues I have so far

Update: 1. Dealership agreed to replace the door panel since they broke the clip on it. They are going to repaint the bumper and trunk hopefully to get the paint fixed from trunk making hard contact. 2. They are going to replace the TSB performed seat coolers 3. They are sending my driveshaft...

My Passenger panel look like it lost a clip or two. It has way more play and some of it isnt fastened to the door anymore.. time to ask for new door panel LOL.. but seriously when they touch it it seem to degrade further and further.:ford:

  15. All issues I have so far

How does your door latch feel? Mine feels like when I pull on it, 90 percent of motion brings nothing then the last 10% makes a click and door opens. I am still getting used to the feeling but I am not sure if it is suppose to feel like that. older latch felt more like linear engagement of the...
  16. All issues I have so far

Dealer adjusted the latch as high as it goes. I will try the trunk bumper to see if that does the trick. Thanks for the input. appreciate it!

  19. Steeda's New Dual Rate Ultimate Handling Springs - (Track Proven Winner!!!)

How would the dual rate feel like compared to Steeda Sportline Linear? I have Pro-action Non-adjustables currently. I am 95% daily + 5% autox and track
  20. Half Shafts are filled with foam??

on torsional stiffness, hallow tube of same mass will be stronger than solid tube of same mass. at same radius, solid is slightly stronger but much heavier. I think just made it just thick enough for the job and left internal hallow for weight saving and later came back and filled it with foam...
