Ehhhh dont think so , when the car is at idle and i turn the steering wheel the vibration is slow but it I turn the wheel at 20mph the vibration is a high frequency, 40mph higher,etc.... I'm confident it has something to do with artificial weighted steering function

Yes... and to be honest it sounds better on the computer speakers then it does in person. It does not sound exotic, it sounds like trash until around 6500+ rpm thennnnn it comes into its own ,but up until then its pure Japanese unrefined rasp trash ear puking noise ...had to say it . Side note-...
