That makes sense... Pretty remarkable that the GT500 is only .4 seconds behind a Gen V Viper ACR also.

Update on this issue: a mechanic friend of mine put the car on the lift, took all the bottom pushpins out, wiggled the splitter a bit and it snapped back in place very easily. Not sure what the deal is/was. I'll keep an eye on it to make sure it stays put.

Wondering if you guys have recommendations for good tire shops in Polk county (or a bit further away)? Looking to have tires mounted on new wheels and want to be as careful as possible. I've used Ultimate Auto in the past but they're quite a drive for me.

Not super stoked. Noticed mine is loose on the passenger side too today while washing the car. I'm 99.9% positive I didn't take delivery of the car like this but have no idea how it could have come loose on its own. Also not super stoked to learn that the splitter / splitter extension parts...

These were my first 'mods' too right after I got the car - 5/5 would recommend.

OP: assume you already have resonator deletes from Lethal? May want to give those a try first as the stock exhaust with just the resonators gone is pretty loud... Just a thought.

Where are you guys getting the snake decals/vinyl for the underside of the rain tray? I saw Bemaro is making one but I'd rather have one without the 'GT500' logo.

Did you watch the video? The GT500 suddenly stops dead in its tracks right as it’s slingshotting around the vette. That’s what people are wondering about, myself included. The C8 is fast off the line no question about that.

Agreed. Not taking anything away from the vette as it’s impressively quick off the line but that race is definitely odd.

The GT500 was about to fly by the vette and all of a sudden basically stopped, lol. Something not right for sure.
