What issues of each car magazine had an article about the Bullitt? I'd like to get the physical magazine as opposed to just reading the articles online.

I've seen a few mentions of the Bullitts being on hold because of a shift knob shortage. The only source I saw was from dealers and you never trust what a dealer says. Can anyone confirm the rumor? ave any been built and shipped in the last week or so?
