Track doesn't turn them off, it just requires more spin or slide before they kick in. It does turn off the collision warning if you have that option.

The insurance thing isn't true. My Focus ST was exactly the same to insure as a standard Focus and the Mazdaspeed 3 was actually cheaper to insure than the standard Mazda 3. The only other turbo I had was a Mazda CX-7 but those were Turbo only so no way to know on that one.

I know the tire repair goo destroys the TPMS sensor and it must be replaced. It's the main reason I'll only use it in an absolute emergency. Ford can pay to tow me to a tire repair and then I don't have to buy a new TPMS.

I believe the A is the Area (US and Canada) and the 7 is merely a version number. They started with 1 and they are up to 7. The US and Mexico maps are labeled B7.

Does this mean the map updates are free updates over WiFi or will there still be a charge for them? I can't find an answer to this question anywhere.

My salesman said that the maps update for free over WiFi, but the manual says to contact my dealer to PURCHASE an update. I'm not happy that my brand new 2017 car has 2015 maps in it. The roads to my work which have been there almost 2 years aren't on my maps. Not sure who I talk to at Ford...

Ask your dealer to shop around. The dealer was able to beat my Credit Union by .75% on a 72 month.
