I took it out a little bit today. These PS4's definitely don't like 30deg weather. I had to keep it in Drive cause the S was spin mode. Did a little 40 pull and this car is definitely fast. The sound and the power in the upper rpms is already addictive.
I had a set of glasspacks on my EB. I thought it made it sound a little better but there is only so much you can do. It did deepen the tone and I heard more decel pops.
I thought about wrapping the spoiler black but it would be nice to see some pics from someone who has done it already. Boss 302 stripes would look great and so would 350R stripes, black with red pinstripes.
Thanks. Either of y'all in the KcStangz FB group? I'm looking forward to taking it on some backroads when we get some decent weather. Looking forward to some dragstrip time when they reopen KCIR this year.
It doesn't really look lowered to me with all that gap left but I will see if the springs are stock or not. As far as I know the only mods are cosmetic.
Thanks. Actually, I think it has the black accent package. I think the previous owner put the coyote badge on it. He traded it in for a Hellcat. The guy only owned it for 4 months.
I got the black accent also on my 18, too. It really pops. Except the previous owner replaced the blacked out GT trunk emblem with a Coyote decklid emblem. I don't know how I feel about it yet.
These PS4's did very well in the rain today, I was surprised. They definitely don't like snow, though. The car dealer had some problems getting my new purchase out of it's parking spot.
It was a great car but it was time to move on to a...2018 GT! It's an Oxford White with 300A, PP1 and the A10. Price was too good to pass up. Unfortunately the weather in KC has been miserable today, cold and rainy, so I haven't even gotten to do a solid pull yet. It really sounds great with...
Yeah, I have step colder spark plugs, a Garrett intercooler, CVFab catless downpipe and AP Dominator glasspacks. I also have charge pipes I need to get put on. I could make more power on a aftermarket tune but this is fine as my daily and for backroads. There is a noticeable bump in torque and...
Sounds like the guy doesn't have any experience with the engine. I highly doubt that nobody will touch it and you could always just have a Ford dealership install the tune if you decide to go with the ProCal. It's not a real flexible tune, so if you want to do a lot mods, it might not even be...
I haven't had any heat soak with my Garrett IC and it's a direct replacement. If were building big power or spending a lot of time on the track, I might have gone bigger but this has been great for all my backroad driving.
