Yea I did a 5-30 full synthetic about 2 weeks ago, cut open the filter and saw a few very very very small metal flakes.

this is my first mustang and know the 5.0 is a louder engine but I was about 5 feet away and could easily hear it echoing off my house. Do you put any additive or anything in yours? Also this is at operating temp.

So I've had the tick since I became the second owner at 32k, did a slight pull on the on ramp today and the tick is gone and it now sounds much much worse. I tried to grab a video any thoughts? I'm not worried about the tick but this seems louder and worse.
