the red valve is louddddddd. im running x pipe into roush mufflers and during regular driving its just as loud as the exhaust.. from the inside it's not too bad and its never bothered me.

im running 19x10 et40 and 19x11 et55. looks like it could go out another 5mm both front and rear. i'm running 275 front and barely clears the strut. if i wanted to go 285 i'd put a 5mm in the front, so i guess et35.

i've been running the base procharger HO kit for about 10k miles now (30k on car) and it's been great so far! installation is straightforward, and the maintenance has been easy.
i took a look at some of my recent logs, sitting at idle inbetween heats at the track i have ambient temp as 88F and...
19x10 et35 rear will be pretty flush but front will be sunk in about 7-8mm.
When i used to run 25mm spacers on my 19x8.5 this is what it looked like (essentialyl 19x8.5 et17.5). I'd go 9 in the front with a +22, or a 9.5 +30.

found these links on ebay. thought i'd share as you're looking at under 600 for a brand new set of the new continentals! not sure if other sizes are available but here's what i bought:

is there an es9 available in 19x9.5? from all i could tell i saw 18x9.5 that could work with the s550 offsets. wouldnt a 9.5 et22 poke too much on factory alignment?
