  1. ARP Head Studs

Yes several people including myself have done it in the car. Honestly if you’ve done the opg already the only other thing to be pulled is the cams and you can do the studs. Make sure you haves coyote valve spring compressor and are able to apply air pressure to the spark plug hole somthe valve...
  2. Crankshaft snout snapped

I absolutely agree with you that it would be best to measure and verify the sizing first. We know for sure that Ford has a spec on their cranks and I’m sure ATI makes their balancers to fit properly. Most industrial bearings are an interference fit as the balancer is and are installed typically...
  3. Another 9 second Hellion car/ now with “predator” 5.2/GT 350 heads

With my stock short block at a Whippled 17psi I was lifting the heads but seeping coolant externally. With my new sleeved block and arp studs I haven’t cranked the boost over 15psi just yet but have seen no issues. In the spring I’ll be throwing all the boosts at it!!
  4. Another 9 second Hellion car/ now with “predator” 5.2/GT 350 heads

Even if you’re running for example a 10psi spring if you set the boost controller to wide open you will have 10psi on both side of the diaghrapm. This will essentially close off wastewater and stronger initial springs won’t make a difference.
  5. Where to mount fuel system filter

It’s actually pretty cozy behind that inner fender cover and brace. The lines barely run through there clean. Under the car seems to be the simplest solution.
  6. Twin Turbo S550 under $4k????

On my BW kit with a 4.5” thick core my temps while cruising are about 3-5 degrees ambient. They don’t rise much when under full boost either compared to the Whipple I had.
  7. BMR Suspension's CB762 4-Piece IRS Subframe Brace System, Production has commenced!

Mine did not either. They do have instructions on their website though. It took me maybe 30 mins to install mine. Pretty straightforward.
  8. BMR Suspension's CB762 4-Piece IRS Subframe Brace System, Production has commenced!

I just got my tracking number last night as well!! Woohoo
  9. Twin Turbo S550 under $4k????

Are there any builds anywhere yet with this kit? How much power can they flow? I’m looking to max out a pair of Comp 6062’s.
  10. Jhatley7's Build thread

Holy crap what happened to that poor thing?
  11. Hellion Street Sleeper turbo kit install pics and review

My 16 has the cooler as well but that is where my sensor is located.
  12. Hellion Street Sleeper turbo kit install pics and review

I don’t have the Hellion kit but I didn’t need to remove it when my twins went on. I’m sure there’s no need to remove it but I luckily had it off of my old block to easily show. Lol

It’s just above the oil filter mount.
  14. Poll to see how many boosted cars are stock motors vs built motors.

For sure. My head bolts were stretching with 17psi from a Whipple and seeping coolant. Lol
  15. [?] '18 Intake Manifold on '15-'17

Please post a dyno sheet showing these changes with the ported intake. I’m sure they do give benefits when ported but I’m not sure of how much.
  16. Procharger Questions

With my twin turbos I set my gap to .022” and it idles smooth as can be.
  17. Twin Turbo S550 under $4k????

For me I have the BW kit but would like to upgrade to better flowing headers for my Comp 6062 turbos. I’m looking to max out my turbos and I’m not sure if the stock headers will do it. I’ll be watching closely for your build. What power level are you looking to reach?
  18. Twin Turbo S550 under $4k????

Did they give you an idea of what the kit is rated to be able to put out for power? Also what size runners are on the headers? I’m very interested in this kit as it does look very nice.
  19. Hellion Street Sleeper turbo kit install pics and review

The Gen 2 Whipple was a fantastic supercharger and I don’t regret using it. It was quite fun having that instant hit of torque at any rpm. That being said turbos sure hit much harder and have a lot better mid and high end pull. It’s so convenient using an electronic boost controller so I can...
