  1. â–ş APEX | 18” & 19” EC-7 Mustang Wheel Group Buy - Up to $250 OFF + Free Shipping

Any idea when the next group buy will be? I’m in need of some 18x11 wheels in a square setup.
  2. Flow tech turbo headers?

Seeing as they fit the hellion sleeper kit will they be for low mount turbos? I'm looking to upgrade from my BW modified turbo headers to some better ones. If they fit I'll be grabbing them as soon as they are available. What wastegate size will they use? Care to share any pics??
  3. Jhatley7's Build thread

And the crappy luck continues. It will be worth it once all the teething pains are over. Best of luck man!
  4. Poll to see how many boosted cars are stock motors vs built motors.

I had been running the 20% crank pulley and the 3.5” upper.
  5. Project RoadCone Update...Gen 5 CJ Whipple

Damn that is impressive!!! Well done sir.
  6. Crankshaft snout snapped

I used that ARP and did the same thing as well. No issues at all.
  7. Crankshaft snout snapped

No way that the install bolt will cause a failure. If you bottom out the bolt you will strip out the threads long before fatiguing the snout itself.
  8. Budget 2018 twin turbo GT build--Under $5k including fuel upgrades

I tried to order a set of them last week as well to update my hot side. They said to call back in 3-4 weeks and they should have a better idea on when they will be in.
  9. SE Wisconsin area

Hey there nastang!! I live up in Brillion and haven't met up with any other SE Wisco guys yet but I'm close. :)
  10. What Turbo Kit are you Running?

So the rest of the world is limited to around 700whp on pump gas but one car can make well over 1000whp???? Haha yeah ok.
  11. Dual fans or Upgraded HE (Whipple 2.9)

Oversized is always the best way to go. It has much more capacity to deal with heat soak. The dual fans are actually impeding airflow while moving over 20-30mph anyways. Go with the simpler oversized heat exchanger.
  12. Jhatley7's Build thread

You had us all scared there buddy!!! Now get that car out there and enjoy it. You deserve it.
  13. Whipple vent screw plug

My gen 2 Whipple did that as well when I was running it at 17psi. I’m thinking it is normal behavior but still not desirable.
  14. Whipple vent screw plug

I’m not sure of the thread size but absolutely do not plug it. When running it is building up pressure internally and needs to be vented. You could run it to a catch can to capture these vapors. I needed to add a catch can to my TR6060 when running high hp as it also purged fluid out of it...
  15. ARP Head Studs

Only the 11-12 5.0's and GT350's were factory equipped with the 12mm bolts. If you wanted to upgrade to the 12mm I would highly recommend to take the block to a machine shop so that they are drilled and tapped true. Otherwise the 11mm studs are plenty strong for nearly all applications.
  16. Hellion 6266 Dyno, Valve FLOAT? Spark?

I’d recommend going with. .024” gap on the NGK 7510 plugs. That will be plenty tight to avoid blowout.
  17. How come there’s not more procharged mustangs

Go with the PAC 1234x valve springs and don’t look back. They are as big as you can go and maintain the vct’s.
  18. ARP Head Studs

Yup sure was. The only sign of lifting that I had was some very minor coolant seepage at the back of both heads. I didn’t have a head gasket leaking at the cylinders at all.
  19. ARP Head Studs

Oh never mind. Lol when I did mine I did the springs as well. You’ll be fine.
