Recent updates from livernois made the car run much worse at low rpm. The other day it stalled leaving a red light. I still get the random misfire code. I'm going to switch tuners when I can but this is what livernois responded with.... Does this seem like it would be the issue?
"Everything...
Hope that works for you. Plugs have not helped or hurt me so far but the low rpm smoothness is not as good with the denso plugs (1 range colder,) so I'll probably switch back as well.
Update: they looked a bunch of logs over and sent me a new tune..... Three pulls in, random misfire.
This week I had actually struggled to get a check engine light. My random misfires couldn't be more random. I'm really at the end of the rope here.
Any new suggestions before I pull everything...
With the debacle I'm going through, I would not recommend the tune that comes with the vortech complete kit. Look at my post as I see you have a 2021 as well. I'm not sure if they've caught up now but when I got my kit, it was not actually able to tune for 2021 and I had to get...
Update: vortech told me to bench test it myself....I brought the BAP and connectors in to my maintenance manager since he had the proper tools. It's all working properly, puts out a steady 17.83 volts.
I'm going to try getting a better ground but if that doesn't work, I think the only thing...
Right, that's the only fuel pressure reading I can get from my device. The Livernois tuner shows it can read fuel pressure but doesn't display it out graph it. Only they can see it through an engineering log file I guess.
Suggestion from livernois about my BAP:
"so the install looks ok, only thing I question is there are two grounds going to the same spot. typically I wouldn't do that. It's also possible the unit itself is bad.
I would say, put pressure on the sensor with it running and measure for voltage...
I started searching and it seems the vortech BAP being bad has happened to other people.
Is there a pump I could install instead or does it require a full system upgrade to return style?
Only fuel changes were the fuel injectors and BAP. I have the ground wire attached to the same spot as a factory ground as per the instructions. I took it off and re tightened it down.
My Livernois tuner is not registering any fuel pressure reading on my visible logs for some reason.
It's the factory pump. Unfortunately I have no access to the log they had me do where they saw the pressure issue. I have no visibility of that engineering file. Just my normal log files which they said looked fine.
They had me do an engineering log and said I'm getting pretty bad knock and losing fuel pressure up top.
I pulled the rear seat and side panel, BAP wiring is all good and fuse still in tact. Is there a way to test this thing?
Going to pull the injectors this weekend and take a look at them...
Livernois looked over my logs and said everything looks good other then some knock happening (I had 93 in the tank and some octane booster)
. They asked about traction control..... Could it be that kicking in and causing the misfire? It would help explain why it happens in low gears and...
Some turbo or supercharger people have had the center chrome cap come off and go into the blades. I wasn't willing to risk it to save $30 on the filter.
Here's one of the stories I saw.

I'm eliminating the tube and running a burger filter on the blower.
I'll be putting a breather on the driver side valve cover, but what do I need to do with this line that also goes to the intake? I left the passengers side as instructed in the kit.
I found threads with some info but looking...
