I always thought the state couldn't care less about octane ratings, however, those stickers are for calibration exact amount dispensed per gallon, for whatever the price is, and of course the ethanol content per gallon also.
You just need to look at what GMB racing posted and learn a little about different offsets, and backspacing, in relation to different tire sizes, width x height, and aspect ratio. It's pretty cool testing out all diff. kinds of tires on that site!
Hello, folks, For the wheels I ordered, I was not going to use TPMS's, but now I would like to. Where is the best place to buy these? And once I get them, how is it a person gets them acquainted with the car? This is just for summer, then in the fall, when I put the stock wheels back on will the...
Probable hi-jack here, But was wonder your opinion Nightmare on this; On my 18 base GT, (with the 255/40/19's) I am almost ready to put my bigger tire and wheel order in, ( 285/35/19's on 19x10's) +35. Question is, do I really have to put in TPM's? Wondering why I just can't put regular valve...
Yes mine also takes forever to warm up, or get to operating temp (185*) or so, and that's as warm as i have ever got mine. however, mine will get that warm on slow car cruising also, ( just last night in windy 60* evening) otherwise I have not been really hard on car except for 80 90 mph...
My car did a lot of the same things yours is doing OP, finally took it in, and described it to service writer. Also asked them to CHECK fluid level, ( mine was ok) then they did an update to the latest software, and all is good again!
FWIW, I failed to mention that I asked them to check my fluid level before they do anything, ( I know, I know) they should do this first thing, but i wanted us ALL on the same page on the tranny in this car. They reported mine was good from Flat Rock.
I have NOT heard of the things your car does ^ how many miles on yours? I can confidently say that, after the dealer worked on mine last week it is much better!! although it takes just a bit more time to get into gear, from park, forward or reverse, just a few tenths of a second, no biggie...
Well, just got back from picking up my car at the dealership, went in for; 1 from a cold start, the car would accelerate normal, but not shift to 2nd, just would rev up, like the operator would just shift to neutral, then bam! shifted to 2nd with rpm's too high. 2 My car had a nasty, >HARSH< 4th...
Wow, i reused the big factory ones, cause they looked more beefy than what steeda sent, didn't know they were that weak.... I did NOT use a torque wrench on mine, just fairly snug.
Bike is right! another shameless plug for the Infiniti's stock analog clock, not only does it keep atomic type time, it looks fabulous doing it!! as does All the Dashes and cosoles of older G 35, and M sedans.
