Already have an Stype catback but I’m really not liking the sound.
don’t get me wrong it’s loud and clean but it doesn’t quite sound deep enough for me and i know the mrbp 3inch catback has the deepest sound
Just wondered if it’s worth the money buying the MBRP catback with active exhaust when just an H Pipe with our stock exhaust would sound the same ?.
has anyone tried an MBRP on the Bullitt?.
cheers
So
I haven’t actually checked the car yet but I’m starting to get a lean condition in the LTFts.
My money is now on the hoses that connect to the GPF sensors. Haven’t checked it yet but I reckon I’ve got an air leak or split hose on the GPF sensors. Would make sense as well that if their is...

“UPDATE: Took the car to the dealership to have it checked out. They told me that this is a known issue and Ford has issued a service bulletin for it...
Thanks
It has taken me forever to even consider this as the problem.
But it really does makes sense.
When my car feels like it’s underpowered it’s still driveable but it feels less powerful a little shaky and the exhaust sounds different.
Could it have all along been the diff pressure...
I’m definitely heading down the right path to fix this 5 year old problem.
Look at the codes I’ve just pulled up
P2453
P245F
Diff pressure sensors on both banks.
Question is why both at the same time ?.
Surely has to be someting with the ECU no?.
Maybe constantly regeneration the GPF or...
I have had the odd error code pop up for the differential pressure sensor usually when I have decelerated from 120km down to 60km using only the engine brake.
so this could be a good place to start?.
From what I understand with the GPF it’s mainly passive regeneration and this happens during deceleration when the exhaust gets hot. But will also auto regen when it’s clogged by pulling timing and adjustments in the ecu.
I mean it’s worth me taking to the dealer to check because everything...
It’s had a tune from the US and the guy said that the GPF will be bypassed. Although it still happens with the stock tune as well.
it’s weird cause the exhaust almost sounds muffled when running not so well and then it sounds clear and hollow when it’s running great.
but I have to say the...
