Obviously, it's a wonderful, great car. No one thinks or is saying otherwise. A lot of us are just bound by limited budgets and the need for practicality.
If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.
I've never figured out why Ford and GM design their Mustangs and Camaros on such heavy frames nowadays. If the back seat was more substantial, like in a Challenger, that would be one thing. But it's almost useless anyway.
I know there is a lot of federal requirements that add weight, but it...
I know. It's the best one. It's a 150 lbs lighter than the V8 and you can use all the power.
The new Camaro V6 is reported to make 335 hp though. That's a little disconcerting.
My V6 on order got a VIN # and production whatever a few days ago. So it's on its way. I wonder how long it takes after that?
Mine went really quickly because the dealership either had an allotment that week, or had another car on order that they modified to accommodate my options.
I had gone...
I don't know what you're talking about. You're inferring something I didn't imply. I don't know what he meant by saying that from 30 to 60 it feels great. What do you think he meant by that? Why does he exclude 0-30 and 60 -100 mph? Why are you attacking me personally for asking a legitimate...
It was a poorly written review. It was just full of the same old saw about it's being a turbo and not a traditional Mustang. Same story. Same story about everything, really, that's in every other review.
But what does he mean "from 30-60 this thing fees great"? What does that mean? What...
What would be a good size wheel and tire to put on the V6 or base eB in order to mimic the size of he eB PP wheel? I think that's 19". Can you recommend an affordable light weight aftermarket wheel with those characteristics?
Same question for a Fiesta SE. One that would mimic the ST wheel?
I'm not familiar with any of this. Silly air pump? What's that? Temp spare? I would have thought it would be a full tire and matching wheel. No? You just get a temporary spare with the Spare Tire option?
Does anyone know or have an estimate on how much weight the Spare Tire feature adds and whether it improves front/rear weight balance of the V6 and eB?
If Im searching eBay for wheels for a 2015 Mustang V6, eB ot non-PP GT, what are the search parameters for wheels that wil fit? I mean, bolt pattern, rim width, rim structure, offset???
Any other advice on searching rims?
And how about for a 2014 Fiesta, if anyone knows? Thanks
The Ford site build your own car feature requires it. I'm going to ask my dealer tomorrow if he can speck out a 3.55 w/o the 51A on his ordering system. bThat would solve it.
Actually, I'm very close on the V6 mileage, it turns out. There's a thread of actual mileage measured in the V6 section and it's right around 26.5, after break-in.
