No, I would have much preferred to have a definite time frame versus another hurry up and wait situation again. Look how everyone on this forum complained about the lag time in getting the cars. I have nothing against Kooks, just the way in which it is conveyed.

What's your opinion on the implied inside information access at FanDuel which gives certain groups of people an unfair advantage? At Draft Kings, the implied cheating resulted in only a few dozen people winning all of the winning most of the time.

No offense, but if this is a business, as you put it then why state they there will be some great news coming and then drag it on? Not a very good way to run a "business", IMO. Just stay quiet and then announce.
